I hope you agree with me in that, this is a very attractive example of an iconic 50-year-old Omega dive watch. This ref 165 024 dates from 1969 making it 51 years old and possibly one of the most recognized vintage dive watches and yet an example like this is still very affordable

The original 41mm stainless steel case retains crisp lines and shows no signs of over polishing and the original bezel is free from cracks. The dial is in equally great condition and the lume hour markers have aged evenly.

The cal 565 automatic movement was a workhorse for Omega for many years and is very highly regarded.

I have fitted this to a new vintage look Italian leather sports strap which works very well with it.
