We all know that Omega produces a great many ltd edition Speedmasters but with this reference surprisingly few exist and I doubt any are in this condition ,I dont want to say new old stock as the watch does show some light marks although these could be due to storage but a quick look at the case back shows the protective film still covering the hippocampus and even the original factory seal is still visible to show the case back has never been opened.

Only 2500 of this anniversary model were produced so its rare to the market ,although sadly the original box and papers have been misplaced by the original this is still an exceptional find

The watch is fitted to the highly praised 1479 bracelet with solid 812 end links

The engraving on the side of the case on this edition is simple and needs little explanation but can also be a great talking point
