An excellent example of the Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.012 - last of the 321 calibre Speedmasters.
Produced from 1967 1968 the 145.012 introduced new, taller pushers with models engraved with SP (Special Poussoirs) alsooffering improved water resistance. During its lifetime the Speedmaster 145.012 also saw a change in the shape of its chronograph seconds hand with the base of the hand changing from a drop to a flat end.
Whilst it may not get as much attention as its predecessors, the Omega Speedmaster 145.012 represents a great choice if you a more reasonably priced Moonwatch, one that not only saw service by numerous astronauts but was also the last Speedie to house the famous 321 calibre.
